Terms & Conditions Of Trading
The Terms and Conditions of Trading, set out below are the main contract terms under which Q-Tec Technological Resources (hereafter known as Q-Tec) seek to conclude business with their customers.

Q-Tec reserves the right to alter or amend these conditions at their discretion without prior notice. Q-Tec reserves the right to suspend the Terms & Conditions of Trading in the event that continuation is considered a risk to the business activity and sustainability.

  1. Q-Tec is acting on behalf of the client as a designer/facilitator and as such does not accept any liability (including negligence) in respect of third party information or other material provided for inclusion on any site or other medium.
  2. Due to the nature of the work produced by Q-Tec, they retain Intellectual Property Rights of all code produced to build websites and other digital medium.
  3. Scheduled dates for completion are agreed on the understanding that the customer meets submission deadlines for information and/or return of draft information.
  4. Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless stated otherwise on the invoice; the terms on the invoice will take precedence.
  5. Q-Tec reserve the right to charge interest on the total invoice amount for each day over the 30 day limit*
  6. The Right of Title remains with Q-Tec until final payment is made in line with credit terms linked to invoice dates.
  7. All work undertaken by Q-Tec will be invoiced at three key stages:

    • Design
    • Development
    • Deployment

    Each stage of the process will be triggered by receipt of payment for the previous stage.

  8. Deployment (launch of the site) will not take place until final payment is made and cleared.
  9. Q-Tec provide various options for payment of invoices:

    • Credit Card
    • Cheque
    • Bankers Order
    • Cash

    Customers can advise at time of agreement of work to be completed the preferred method of payment.

  10. Any grants, loans or other forms of funding to be used to fund this project, remain the responsibility of the customer and shall not be considered as relevant for invoicing purposes.
  11. Q-Tec reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
